10 circle counters for each student
1 piece of 11x18 construction paper for each student (draw a line down the middle so it looks like a domino)
Students lay the paper flat on the floor. They flip their counters and try to make it onto their paper. If it doesn't go on - no problem. If there ends up being 2 on one side of the line and 4 on the other side of the line, they write the number sentence and solve. 2+4=6.
So in essence, they are making a domino on their paper as they flip the counters onto it. Make sense? They LOVE it!
