Newbie

I am inspired by all the amazing teacher blogs out there so I thought I'd try my hand at creating my own. I have been teaching 2nd grade now for 6 years. My principal asked me to switch to first next year because of numbers, the last few weeks I have been thinking in double grade level mode. I hope I can get some pictures loaded and other things in the next few weeks when the new school year starts.

    First grade is pure joy! I kick of the year with Daily 5 and the impact the format & lessons have on self management & on task behavior is priceless. Enjoy those little ones!
